Eternal Security in Christ Part 3.

People of the world there is indeed eternal security in Christ Jesus.

Our salvation is not built on hopes and dreams. Nor is it one of wishing that we might be saved. Nor is our salvation one where we are living on eggshells frantically roaming about wondering is this the day that I mess up eternally and lose my eternal salvation. God does not want you living like that in fear and anxiety wondering, hoping, and wishing that you are saved.

You are living in fear and anxiety about your salvation because you are trusting in yourself to be saved. And that is the problem right there. This is what the Bible calls works based salvation which the Holy Bible fiercely condemns. In other words, you believe you yourself must perform, do some types of good works and complete your own salvation in order to be saved. This however is not the gospel of the Bible. If you ultimately depend or are trusting on your own performance to be saved, you will never be saved by God

The bible says this But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. (Romans 4:5).

We are not saved because we are so called good people. The Bible says no one is good and no one is truly righteous in it of themselves (Romans 3:10) (Isaiah 64:6). For you to be saved you must believe On Christ alone (John 3:16, 36) (John 6:40) (Acts 16:30-31). This means you must place your whole trust and faith in Christ alone to save you.

When it comes to salvation do not look to yourself God wants you to look to Jesus His Son who is your Savior. If God says Jesus is The Savior this means you are not! Therefore, stop trying to save yourself! Let Christ Jesus who already died on the cross for you save you! For the price for all your sins has already been paid for by him at the cross. This is what the true gospel of Jesus Christ is proclaiming unto you and the rest of the entire world. For He Jesus alone is The Savior of the World and He alone is truly the only One who saves.

Remember people of the world “We are not The Savior Jesus is.” Place your trust and faith in Christ Jesus The Savior alone who is indeed The Holy Messiah and thou shall be truly and soundly saved (John 20:31) (Matthew 16:13-17) (John 3:16) (John 4:42) (I John 4:14).

God wants you to know and understand that you are saved securely and eternally by the finished work of Jesus Christ on that cross. For the Bible declares “He that believeth On The Son hath everlasting life.” (John 3:16, 36) God wants you to know that your saved and God wants you to be secure in your salvation (1 John 5:11-13) (John 20:31).

1 John 5:11-13 (KJV)

And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Do you see that revelation in 1 John 5:13? The Holy Spirits revelation is that you may know that you have eternal life! God doesn’t want you hoping, wishing, or dreaming whether if you will be saved. The bible says God wants you to know you have eternal life. And why does one have eternal life? You have eternal life by believing On the name of the Son of God.

John 20:31 (KJV)

31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Do you see that revelation in John 20:31? The Holy Spirits revelation is that by believing in Christ Jesus as The Son of God you have life through his name!

Your security comes from only truly believing in what the Holy Word of God says. If you truly believe on the name of The Son of God Jesus Christ, then you will be saved and have life through his name. Your security comes from being in Christ and Christ being in you. He knows those who truly believe in Him. For God knows all hearts. He knows all hearts because He is the one who made us, and he knows and sees our hearts (1 Samuel 16:7) (Psalm 44:21) (Psalm 139) ( Matthew 9:4) (1 Kings 8:39). He knows when you are truly believing and trusting in His Son Jesus alone to save you. For The eternal Christ knows his own sheep and he gives them eternal life and they shall never perish (John 10:27-30).

Our salvation is secure in Jesus our Savior who loves us with an everlasting love (Romans 8:35-39).

Our salvation is built on a sure foundation It is not built on a shaky one.

Our salvation is in Christ The Lord, yes, our salvation is built on The Eternal Christ who is our solid foundation (1 Corinthians 3:11) (Isaiah 28:16) (Matthew 7:24) (1 Peter 2:6) (Psalm 62:2).

Our salvation is built on Holy promises by A Holy God one of whom cannot lie.

Take courage dear reader and take heart for God our God cannot lie and therefore he can be completely and wholeheartedly trusted. For our salvation is built on Holy Promises people of the world and it is built by A Holy God who cannot lie.

Therefore, He will do what He says He will do. He will see to it that we are saved. Did God say He will save all those who believe On The Son? Did God promise that anyone who believes in His Son Jesus shall be forgiven of all sin and given everlasting life? Yes, He has promised all these things. Well then that is exactly what He God will do. Trust Him, do what the Holy Word of God says and believe in His Son Jesus. Why is this one may ask? This is because we serve a God who is Holy and Righteous one of whom cannot lie (Hebrews 6:18) (Titus 1:2) (Numbers 23:19).

The revelation God wants you to understand is this: The moment you believe in Jesus Christ as your Savior your position (your status that is) as an eternal child of God never changes.

For John 1:12 says this

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
